Hi everybody!! I am a busy Mom of 4 adorable boys...ages 15, 8, 7 and 1. My sweetheart Clyde is my awesome guy. Step outside my home and I am a chef. I'm a culinary instructor at Northeast Texas Community College. I've worked and experienced most avenues of the food world. In my spare time (haha) I paint, draw, write, read ....let's just say if it's expressive I'm interested! I love to share what I know and pursue what I don't!

birch tree cake
I started this blog with this cake because it is unique to wedding cakes. This type of decoration is really not too difficult however it is very time consuming and your cake can get soft before you're done. The branches are rolled chocolate fondant and the flowers are blue fondant with small gold painted fondant centers.
